Photography & Media Policy

Houston Memorial Church may photograph, record, or livestream worship services, events, and activities for ministry, communication, and promotional purposes.

By attending services or events at Houston Memorial Church, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, or audio recording may occur and that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in these materials.

Recorded or photographed media may be used by the church in various formats, including but not limited to:

• The church website

• Livestreams and recorded services

• Social media platforms

• Church publications or promotional materials

Houston Memorial Church will make reasonable efforts to use media in a respectful and appropriate manner consistent with the mission of the church.

Parents or guardians who prefer that their child not appear in photographs or video recordings may notify the church so reasonable accommodations can be made.
